15km from La Rochelle, in the seaside resort of Châtelaillon-Plage, a one-bedroom apartment for 4 people. In a quiet location on a one-way street, this ground-floor apartment is just 50m from the beach and 500m from shops (bakery, grocery store, wine shop, etc.). All the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday are at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave/grill oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The living room has a flat-screen TV, a sofa bed, and a stereo system. The bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a toilet.

A washing machine is also provided. Outside, there is a courtyard with garden furniture and a gas griddle. L'appartement est situé en contrebas de la rue ce qui réduit beaucoup la luminosité, il faudrait le mentionner dans l'annonce. Logement un peu juste pour 4 personnes à cause du canapé lit en couchage dans le séjour. La situation du logement très proche de la plage et des L'équipement est suffisant pour notre séjour. Le logement était propre
