Located on the top floor with elevator access, come and enjoy this one-bedroom apartment for 3/4 people with its PANORAMIC SEA VIEW.
It comprises a separate entrance leading to a living room with a sofa, flat-screen TV, and dining area, a balcony with garden furniture, a kitchenette (induction hob, multi-function microwave, small refrigerator), a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a shower room with toilet.
The sofa bed (120 cm) in the living room provides extra sleeping space suitable for one adult or two children. You have free and unlimited access to the tennis court (free of charge) and the communal swimming pool (open July-August subject to health regulations). The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl.
VAT). Cleaning is optional: €60. Linen is optional: €40. Tourist tax is extra: €1.10 per person per day (except for those under 18). BOOKINGS ON OUR WEBSITE ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. FOR A NON-DISTANCED PERIOD, A SHORT STAY, OR For any other period besides Saturday to Saturday, please contact us. Proximité avec la plage et les commerces.
Le manque de moyens pour lutter contre la chaleur ( clim / ventilateur...). Le wifi serait un plus.
La piscine promise dans le descriptif de la location n'existe pas ! !! !. Je pensais avoir payé pour !!!!

Très bien situé.
Pas de lave-linge, terrasse très petite,salle de bains à rénover ( vieille baignoire avec rideau de douche.....meubles vieillots...). Toilettes dans la salle de bains.
