Come and spend an exceptional stay in a house for 6 people located in the north of Vienne (86) 35 minutes from Futuroscope. Take advantage of the many facilities at your disposal in our air-conditioned 100 m² gîte on 1000 m² of land (unfenced): spa, balneotherapy bath, shower with massage jets, home cinema, outdoor games (swing, bowling, petanque, giant mikado), barbecue. Cleaning included in the rental price.

Household linen are an extras (40 Eur sheets, 20 Eur towels, 30 Eur bathrobes). With home automation and fully air-conditioned, our 100 m² gîte offers 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a small desk, a shower room, 2 WC, a reading area on a mezzanine and a large living room with lounge, dining room and equipped kitchen all on a plot of 1000 m² (unfenced). The whole decoration is in a Scandinavian style, for a warm and family atmosphere. Living in the neighboring house, we remain available throughout your stay in person or by telephone. The house is not in the village itself but in a locality 3 km from the center of Saint-Jean-de-Sauves on the road to Mirebeau. The area is very quiet and the street is not a very busy street. There is no public transit available in our neighborhood.

To get around, you will need a car.

Parking near the house is totally free and private.

You can park up to 4 vehicles without any problem. It is quite possible to get to the center of Saint-Jean-de-Sauves by bike. The house is equipped with video surveillance.

It is only in place to ensure the security of the house when it is unoccupied.

The system can be completely deactivated upon request.
