Lovely villa with large outdoor spaces a few steps from the beach of Mondello.
The villa, which is on two levels, opens onto the large living room divided into a living area furnished with armchairs, comfortable sofas and a bookcase with television, and a dining area. The independent kitchen is well equipped and complete with oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle and microwave. The sleeping area on the ground floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A bathroom with shower and a laundry room complete the floor. A staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two further bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms, the first furnished with a double bed and the second with a double and a single bed.
The jewel in the villa's crown is the large outdoor area full of greenery and equipped with a dining table and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying excellent meals in the open air.
Guests will have air conditioning throughout the accommodation, independent heating for the coldest days and free wi-fi.
Guests will be able to use two parking spaces within the property.

При заезде выяснилось, что кофеварка сломана. Не смотря на многократные наши просьбы, ее так никто не починил/,не заменил. Часто не отвечают на вопросы в общем чате, которых нет в инструкции (например, как включить питание для кондиционеров)

Villa Flores is very Spacious and has comfortable beds and rooms. Kitchen is a bit outdated and most kitchen electrical appliances did not work. Several outdoor seating areas are wonderful they provide options throughout the day and night. Location is perfect- walkable to beach, harbour and restaurants. Responsiveness regarding issues or inquiries was quick and always helpful

Villa molto curata spaziosa e pulita completa di tutti i servizi, stanze grandi con letti comodi . Lontana da rumori a due passi dal mare e città, punto strategico per poter visitare . La Signora Giulia e i suoi figli sono stati molto accoglienti cortesi e disponibili li ringraziamo per tutto . Da raccomandare assolutamente per passare una bella vacanza piena di relax e cultura.
