Roomy apartment of about 62 sqm located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT elevator (you still have to do the stairs to access it), can accommodate up to 4 people.


We are located in the medieval area of Ferrara. NO ZTL.

You can park for free along Corso Isonzo or Ex Mof, or for a fee at the Kennedy Car Park.

The interior space is composed as follows

-BEDROOM with two single beds, wardrobe;

-LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, dining table with chairs;

-KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge with small freezer, moka coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, split A/C;

-BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet.


OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating, air conditioning (kitchenette), washing machine (kitchenette), soundproofing windows, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, hot water, drying rack, hairdryer.


PLEASE NOTE: The bathroom is in the bedroom, so to access it you need to go through the room.


PETS
Pets allowed on request upon payment of 40 euros per stay for thorough cleaning.


PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.

Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.


MOVEMENTS
- FROM BOLOGNA MARCO POLO AIRPORT: take the shuttle to Bologna Central Station and continue by train to Ferrara Station. Take bus no. 9/6/21 to the Cavour P. Beretta stop. Travel time: approximately 1 hour.


- FROM FERRARA STATION: take bus no. 9/6/21 to the Cavour P. Beretta stop. Travel time: approximately 1 hour.


- IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR: Whether coming from the North or the South, the recommended exit is Ferrara sud (A13): once you exit, continue towards the city centre. Possibility of paid parking at the Borgoricco multi-storey car park, a two-minute walk from the property.


USEFUL INFORMATION
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th


To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

KEY COLLECTION
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.


NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.


Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.
