The quiet Karlstraße is located in the quiet part of Norderney town centre facing the west beach.
The "Helena" and "Regina" flats are located on the ground floor.
The small 1-room flats are timeless and practical, yet very cosily furnished for one to two people.
Due to the location on the ground floor on the right and left, they are also ideal for a shared holiday in two separate flats! The small pantry kitchen offers everything you need to cater for yourself on holiday.
From Karlstraße you can reach the beach as well as Jann-Berghaus- Straße and Friedrichstraße with many shops, pubs and restaurants.
