On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, convertible into a double bed, with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, the villa has a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as two twin bedrooms, also convertible into double beds.

This floor also features a bathroom with a bathtub and two balconies perfect for enjoying outdoor mornings. The lower floor includes a games room with a pool table and sofa, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a practical laundry room. The kitchen is modern, functional, and fully equipped, offering everything you need to prepare meals with complete convenience. Outside, the barbecue and dining area by the pool invite you to enjoy pleasant moments outdoors in a tranquil and private setting. Located just a few meters from Albufeira Marina and a short distance from Peneco and São Rafael beaches, this villa offers the ideal balance between relaxation and fun, with bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before making your reservation to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.

For added convenience, grocery baskets can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.

With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.

We can also arrange transfers if you need them. Groups Deposit: €250 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.

There are some restrictions for group bookings. Please note that the occupancy for this property is for 8 guests. From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional charge will apply, which includes an extra bed. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
