Villa Laura is an elegant and modern property with a heated private pool (additional cost), ideal for a relaxing family holiday, just minutes from Albufeira Marina.
The spacious, bright, and comfortable living and dining area offers direct access to the outdoor space, creating a perfect atmosphere for social gatherings.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two twin beds, convertible into a double bed, with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, the villa features a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, plus two twin bedrooms, also convertible into double beds.
This floor also has a bathroom with a bathtub and two balconies perfect for enjoying outdoor mornings. The lower floor includes a games room with a pool table and sofa, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a practical laundry room. The kitchen is modern, functional, and fully equipped, offering everything you need to prepare meals in complete comfort. Outside, the barbecue and the dining area by the pool invite you to pleasant moments outdoors in a tranquil and private setting. Located just a few meters from Albufeira Marina and a short distance from Peneco and São Rafael beaches, this villa offers the ideal balance between relaxation and fun, with bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The property is equipped with a modern security alarm system.
Image capture is an integrated feature of the alarm system and is only activated if the alarm is armed and triggered in response to a potential intrusion. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This is a self-catered property.
For your convenience, food baskets can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Pool heating is always a great addition to your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if needed. Groups deposit: €250 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
There are some restrictions for group bookings. Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 8 guests. From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional charge will apply, which includes an extra bed. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

The villa was immaculately clean and well appointed having the pool was a big bonus
We had an amazing holiday after implementing our own safety gates in the villa.
The villa has 2 open marble staircases leading off the lounge and a further 2 sets leading off the pool area which were very dangerous and caused unnecessary stress during the holiday. No stair gates could be provided when requested on our arrival.
The villa is definitely not suitable for young children
