Only a few kilometers from Rocamadour and the Gouffre de Padirac, at the foot of a castle whose origins date back to the 12th century, you will begin a real journey through history in the Gite La Tour de Garde du Château de Cantecor! The interior architecture and materials are in osmosis and thus create a cozy atmosphere.
The alliance of stone and wood, the deliciously chosen decoration reinforce the authenticity of this house which has a soul.
Its terrace, protected by low stone walls, isolates you from view.
From the swimming pool, the gaze stretches as far as the eye can see over the surrounding landscapes and hills.
In a vast wooded park of 5ha, in a dominant position, at the foot of the Château de Cantecor, this 32m² cottage can accommodate 2 to 3 people.
It has on the ground floor an equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with an extra bed, 2 armchairs and an LED flat screen TV, on the lower floor, a bathroom with separate toilet, on the top floor of the tower, a beautiful bedroom with exposed beams equipped with a 140 cm bed.

Nous sommes absolument ravis du séjour que nous avons passé à la tour de garde! C’est un gîte atypique et rénové avec de précieux matériaux. La vue sur la vallée de la Dordogne est à coupée le souffle et nous garderons en mémoire les magnifiques couchers de soleil!! Idéalement situé pour visiter cette belle région.

Nous avons beaucoup aimée l'endroit avec le charme de la pierre et du bois,le gîte est aménagé avec goût.L'endroit est très calme et chaque locataire profite de son indépendance.Un plus aussi avec la piscine quand il fait chaud,elle est très agréable.on recommande vivement

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans le gîte joliment restauré et aménagé. Depuis le petit jardin clos, on profite d’une superbe vue sur les vastes paysages du Lot, avec le coucher du soleil en prime. À recommander !
