Set on the fourth floor of Via Gran Viale al Mare 1A, this bright apartment features a functional open kitchen with hob, boiling-water tap, coffee maker, and fridge-freezer. The airy living/dining room includes a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table, and access to a private balcony. A cozy double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bidet complete the setup. With air conditioning and lift access, it's ideal for couples or families wanting a relaxed coastal getaway.
The fenced courtyard offers shared garden furniture for unwinding. Though compact, the apartment is designed for comfort and ease, whether you’re enjoying breezy balcony mornings or cool indoor evenings.
Just 50 m from Baia Verde’s sandy beach, it’s perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Beach clubs, loungers, and summer nightlife add to the coastal vibe. Felt relaxed right away in this cozy apartment. We had everything we needed, from the fully equipped kitchen to the spacious living area. Sleeping arrangements were easy with a double bed and sofa bed, perfect for our little family.
