In a peaceful setting and just a few minutes' walk from the first magnificent beaches, this 165m2 house in Abbartello in the commune of Olmeto has all the comforts you need for a holiday with family or friends.


For up to 10 people, it is made up as follows

On the main floor: A fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with access to the semi-covered terrace for your meals.

A large bathroom with bath, shower and WC,

Two double bedrooms (bed 160x200), one with en-suite shower room and WC,

A third bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200.

On the ground floor (independent): a lounge kitchen, two bedrooms one with a double bed (140*190) and one with two single beds (90*200)


On the first floor only the bedrooms are air-conditioned, only the main room on the ground floor. An internet connection is available.


The terrace, part of which is semi-covered, surrounds part of the house and also features garden furniture and a barbecue... Nearby, you will have access to the private swimming pool, secured by a gate and offering a breathtaking view of the Gulf.


Household linen is provided, but cleaning is not included. If you do not wish to have this done before your departure, we offer this option at a cost of €150 to be paid on site.
