It has a large 13,000 m² garden, an 80 m² terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and a beautiful fireplace. There is also a television, DVD player, radio, cot and high chair, iron and hairdryer. All the bedding is new. The separate kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and raclette machine. The laundry room has a washing machine and a second fridge. A six-space outdoor parking area completes the accommodation.
