At 300 metres above sea level, immersed in the greenery of the Mediterranean maquis, the villa is located at a particularly panoramic point on the hill overlooking the Intignano Valley from which you can enjoy views of the sea and the Pontine Islands.
The property is surrounded by a plot of about 2000 square meters with fruit trees, olive trees and cycads.
The presence of fencing and a large access gate ensures guests privacy and allows you to enjoy the property with your four-legged friends.
With a pleasant walk you can reach woods and small hill paths.
