LAYOUT: - 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 bunk beds). - Bathroom with bathtub. - Bright living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen and access to the terrace with sea views and direct access to the communal pool. - 2 air conditioning units (1 in the living room and another in the hallway for the bedrooms). We have several apartments in this complex, making it ideal for families traveling together. It features a large communal area with a swimming pool and direct access to the beach. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: - Reservations for groups of young people are not accepted. - Pets are not allowed. - Optional parking available at an extra charge.
Upon request and subject to availability. - Seasonal outdoor swimming pool. - Tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price.
This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival.
This includes occupant details required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments.
Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery.

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement avec la petite terrasse et la superficie de l'appartement pour 4 était bien.L'appartement était propre.
La climatisation dans les chambres .Pas de climatisation dans les chambres .On ne pouvait pas laisser la fenêtre ouverte pour la chaleur, la nuit,sinon on etait réveillés par le passage des gens qui ne faisaient pas attention.
Les rangements dans les chambres pas suffisants.

La ubicación. Todo cerca: la playa, la piscina restaurantes. Ambiente tranquilo y familiar. Mucho sitio en la playa.
La entrega de las llaves. En este caso se recogen a más de 20 km del alojamiento. Y el sistema de entrega haciendo cola, sin orden ni concierto, en la calle a pleno sol a las 4 de la tarde. A estas alturas me parece un sistema obsoleto y muy incómodo.
