This beautiful house is located in L'Escala, close to the natural park Montgrí. The house is distributed in one floor where you will find: the kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed 1.60m, one with a double bed 1.40m, and one with a bunk bed), a bathroom with shower and a living-dining room with access to the terrace. You will be able to enjoy the private swimming pool with barbecue area.

This accommodation has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clothes horse, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, garage for 1 car and 1 outdoor parking space on the plot. There is air conditioning in the dining room, French TV, accommodation does not allow pets.



Entrance: from 17:00 to 20:00 hours from Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sundays or public holidays, please contact the agency. Key collection point: the agency. A deposit will be paid by credit card on arrival (300€) and will be returned within 7 days after departure.

The bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: Tourist tax 1€/person/night (over 16 years old). Towels (11,90€ per booking which includes a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
