Villa Boracay is a charming property located in a quiet area of São Rafael, ideal for families seeking comfort, privacy, and proximity to the beautiful beaches of the Algarve.

The single-story villa has three well-distributed bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with bunk beds. With two bathrooms, the villa offers functionality and comfort for groups of family or friends.


The separate kitchen is fully equipped, providing all the necessary conditions to prepare and enjoy meals at home with complete convenience.


Outside, the villa features a private heated pool (additional cost), surrounded by a pleasant garden, an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue, perfect for long days in the sun. Fun is guaranteed with a ping-pong table and billiards available for guests.


Located a short distance from São Rafael and Arrifes beaches, and close to restaurants, bars, and other amenities, this is the perfect choice for a peaceful holiday with easy access to everything Albufeira has to offer.


The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.


This is a self-catered property. For your convenience, grocery baskets can be booked (additional cost) in advance.


Pool heating is always a bonus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.


Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking. We can also arrange transfers if you require them.


Group deposit: € 300 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.


Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 people.

From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional charge will apply, which includes an extra bed.
