The property has air conditioning and individual natural gas heating, perfect for maintaining an ideal temperature on cold winter days. The spacious living room is divided into two areas: the lounge and the dining area.

The lounge area features a comfortable two-seater sofa bed, a central coffee table, an armchair, a flat-screen TV, and the Wi-Fi router. The dining area has direct access to the kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with all appliances: refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster, as well as kitchenware. Key handovers are free of charge from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Key handovers after 8:00 PM until 10:00 PM incur a supplement of €35.

After 10:00 PM and until 11:00 PM, there is a supplement of €75, payable upon key handover.

No key handovers are possible after 11:00 PM. The tenant will be responsible for the locksmith service cost in case of lost keys or if keys are forgotten inside the property (€150 payable to the locksmith before gaining entry). Parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Violators will face penalties from the competent authorities. Please turn off lights and air conditioning before leaving.

We kindly ask that you take out the trash daily, with special care during the summer months.

There are designated bins on the street for this purpose. Please note that a person will meet you at the previously confirmed time.
