Charming, fully furnished chalet with everything you need to move in.
Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms spread across three floors with direct street access, a spacious living-dining room, separate kitchen, and a private patio; just a 2-minute walk to the metro. The Space: The house comprises a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, a separate kitchen, and three bedrooms: two on the second floor and the third in the attic.
There are two full bathrooms with shower trays.
The bedrooms are generously sized, featuring double beds and wardrobes or furniture for storing your belongings.
The property is equipped with air conditioning and individual natural gas heating, perfect for maintaining an ideal temperature during cold winter days.
The spacious living room is divided into two areas: the lounge and the dining area.
The lounge features a comfortable two-seater sofa bed, a central coffee table, an armchair, a flat-screen TV, and the Wi-Fi router.
The dining area offers direct access to the kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances: a refrigerator with a freezer, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as kitchenware.
The bathrooms have showers, ample space, a hairdryer, and towel racks heated by the central heating system. Other highlights: Please treat the house with respect as if it were your own.
We will do our utmost to ensure you feel comfortable and have an unforgettable stay, encouraging you to return. The nearest Metro station is Ciudad Lineal (Line 5), which is a few minutes' walk away.
The neighborhood offers various bars and restaurants.
Alcalá Shopping Center is 3 minutes away, and Plaza Arturo Soria is a 15-minute walk. You will be personally welcomed upon arrival.
Key handover free of charge is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Key handovers between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM incur a supplement of €35.
Key handovers after 10:00 PM and until 11:00 PM incur a supplement of €75, payable upon key handover.
No key handovers are possible after 11:00 PM. The cost of locksmith services in case of lost keys or if keys are forgotten inside the property will be the tenant's responsibility (€150 payable to the locksmith prior to property access). Parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited.
This is subject to penalties by the competent authorities.
Please turn off lights and air conditioning before leaving.
We kindly request that you take out the trash daily, with special care during the summer months.
Designated bins are available on the street for this purpose. Please note that a person will meet you at the previously confirmed time.
Please notify us in advance if you are running late and arrange a new key handover time (subject to our availability).
