🛋️ On the ground floor, a sharing living environment has been prioritised by opening up the fully equipped kitchen area (hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine) with lounge, dining room and study.

🛏️ You can also take advantage of the interplay of spaces and heights with a mezzanine offering a sofa bed but also a desk.

🌉 The neighbourhood:

The Ill is omnipresent in Petite France, which is why it is sometimes compared to a little Venice. Where the district takes shape, the river forms an astonishing delta made up of five arms. Seen from the air, they look strangely like the fingers of a hand reaching out to grasp the whole city. At once peaceful and impetuous, the Ill fills the district with all its charm. Take a stroll along its banks, and admire the reflections off the colourful facades of the old houses.

The rue du Bain-aux-Plantes

Accessible from the Place Benjamin Zix, the rue du Bain-aux-Plantes features a remarkably homogeneous group of half-timbered houses. You can't help but be impressed by the visual appeal. In this former tanners' street, each house is absolutely white, featuring half-timbering of varying geometry and an additional, wide-open roof designed to dry hides.

The bridges

At the end of the rue du Bain-aux-Plantes, you'll come across the Pont du Faisan, also known locally as the Pont Tournant. Small and discreet, this pedestrian bridge dictates its will to all passers-by. You may have to wait to cross it, as it will have swung around to allow a pleasure boat to cross. The Pont Saint-Martin, a stone bridge with two arches and a single pier, is very close by. From here, don't miss the view of the mills, dams and locks, as well as a picturesque little terrace on the water.

These two bridges offer postcard views, where the charm works, and where you can take back some wonderful souvenir photos.

House rules
<1F6AD↩ This is a non-smoking house. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of €250 extra cleaning charge.


🛏️ Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen and a general cleaning of the flat and sanitary facilities.


🧹 However, you are responsible for cleaning and tidying up the dishes, taking out the rubbish, emptying the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as tidying up inside the flat. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance and do not follow these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee


⛔ Pets are strictly forbidden.


📝 After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide proof of identity via the Yaago platform, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during your stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
