This old restored barn combines the comfort of open spaces and rusticity (raw floors, stones, lime and hemp). On the large enclosed terrace (24 m²), you can enjoy meals while admiring the vast panorama of the mountains.
House adjoining a main residence but not overlooked. Nearby: Retournac 4.5 km (all shops and services, Lace Manufactures Museum, remains of the Château d'Artias, Loire Valley), Mont Gerbizon, Madeleine plateau, Bourianne lava flow, Chamalières-sur- Loire 8 km (Romanesque priory), medieval village of Chalencon 8 km, the Moulin de Vignal, castle and flea market of Rochebaron.
Ground floor: large living room-kitchen (TV), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), bathroom, toilet, pantry. 1st attic floor: small lounge-library on the mezzanine, 1 bedroom (2 90 cm beds + 1 140 cm bed), 1 bedroom (2 90 cm beds), bathroom with toilet. Small open plot of land (50 m²), carport. Cottage equipped with WIFI internet. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Le chauffage de la salle principale n'est pas très performant.
Très bon emplacement. Il y a des possibilités de balades à proximité de la maison.
Celle-ci est très bien équipée.
La propriétaire est très sympathique.

Très beau gîte bien rénové.De la hauteur sous plafond.On ne se sent pas à l'étroit à 8.Canapé seulement pour dépannage. Sinon très bonne literie.Un peu frisquet en plein hiver le premier jour pour chauffer la maison.Pas de WiFi disponible.Réseau 4G instable et limité
