L’appartement est bien situé et joli. Fonctionnel. Avoir un balcon était agréable.
Le stationnement peut etre compliqué. Effectivement, il y a des places en bas de l’immeuble mais peu de places de disponibles. Heureusement, il y a des places avec disques à 5 min à pied (5h de stationnement). Un micro onde serait un plus dans le logement. Je trouve que le prix du menage reste cher pour la prestation realisée.

Appartement tres propre conforme à la description .Les centres d'intérêts touristiques se trouvent à 15 minutes ,le centre ville à 10 minutes .Seul bémol, à mon avis , la proximité avec le boulevard du fier ,très fréquenté, jour et nuit, et qui génère un bruit tres désagréable .quand on ose ouvri...
