Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a spacious and well-equipped holiday flat in the "Landhaus Immenbarg", quietly located on the edge of the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes by bike from the Baltic Sea beach.

Ideal for a cycling holiday! Relax in the cosy "Auszeit" holiday flat with sauna (for your own use) and enjoy your well-deserved holiday by the Baltic Sea.

The holiday flat is an excellent starting point for relaxing and varied cycling and hiking tours.

The approx. 66 m² holiday flat on the ground floor offers 2 to 4 people enough space for a relaxing holiday.

The flat has a bright living room with a double sofa bed (TV, radio/CD, free WLAN), a separate, well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room (with hairdryer).

All windows and French doors are fitted with insect screens.

The approx. 15 m² south-facing terrace (in the summer season with a seating set for six people and a beach chair) invites you to linger outdoors.

The special highlight is a large sauna with experience shower opposite the flat, which is only accessible to you.

Please bring your own sauna towels. Please note that the neighbouring flats "Auszeit" and "Lobby" as well as the sauna share a common hallway.

If required, you can also book the "Lobby" flat for 2 people.

The entire accommodation unit ("Auszeit" and "Lobby") is described as a "Wellness" holiday flat. The initial equipment of the flat includes one linen package per person.

The invoice price includes bed linen, towels, tea towel and shower mat.

A coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer are available in an adjoining building for a fee.

There is a clothes horse in your flat.

We kindly ask you not to smoke in the flat. In the "Landhaus Immenbarg" animal lovers are welcome with their pets (only max. 1 dog).

Dogs must be kept on a lead in the house and on the grounds.

Additional charges apply for bookings with dogs. Bicycle hire and a riding stable are nearby.

You can easily reach the Warnemünde golf course, the wide Baltic Sea beach and the centre of Warnemünde via the well-developed cycling and hiking trails.

You can park your car right next to the house in your own free parking space and store your bicycles in a lockable, covered communal area. We are happy to answer all your questions and are available by telephone.
