Dear Guests, welcome to Haus Promenadenblick! We offer you a cozily furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.
From the "Ausguck" (lookout) on the 2nd floor, you can watch the sun set into the sea behind the lighthouse on the beach.
You will never forget this view.
The Baltic Sea is just a stone's throw away, and you can reach the promenade "Am Alten Strom" in less than 50 meters.
But you are also guaranteed to feel comfortable in the apartment.
A kitchenette with a mini-oven, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer are part of the amenities.
A flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a DVD player are naturally included.
With a total of approximately 35 square meters, there is comfortable space for 2 adults.
It features a cozy living room and a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m). The apartment has laminate flooring and is reserved for non-smokers.
From the balcony terrace (divided into two parts), you can enjoy a dream view over the Baltic Sea. From the living room, you can look out onto the "Alten Strom." The house is located in a pedestrian zone. In Parkstr. 31, you can rent a parking space from us for €6/night (if available). In Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent lockable parking spaces from us for €6/night. Pet lovers and your dog are welcome here.

Sitzmöbel unbequem. Balkon war nicht zu benutzen, unten Bierausschank oben wegen dauernden Wind sehr ungemütlich.

Die Lage des Appartements ist super, besser geht es nicht. Die Aussicht haben wir sehr genossen. Es ist nur schade, dass es keine naheliegende Parkmöglichkeit zum Appartement gibt. Diese muss selber gesucht und dann natürlich auch extra bezahlt werden. Das ist in Warnemünde sehr schwierig und teuer. Ansonsten hatten wir eine schöne Zeit.
