Dear Guests, welcome to Haus Promenadenblick! We offer you a comfortably furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 m from the Baltic Sea beach.
From the "Vordeck" holiday apartment on the 2nd floor, newly renovated in 2022, you can watch the sun set into the sea beyond the lighthouse at the far end of the beach.
You will never forget this view.
The Baltic Sea is just a stone's throw away, and you can reach the promenade "Am Alten Strom" in less than 50 m. But you are also guaranteed to feel comfortable in the apartment.
Kitchenette with dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, and microwave, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Flat-screen TV, radio/CD, and WiFi (free of charge) are a matter of course.
On a total of approx. 40 sqm, there is comfortable space for 2 adults. Cozy living room, bedroom with double bed and 2nd TV. The apartment has laminate flooring and is reserved for non-smokers.
From the balcony terrace (divided), you can enjoy the dream view over the Baltic Sea. From the bedroom, you can see towards the Alter Strom. The initial equipment of the apartment includes a linen package per person, (included in the final invoice price: bed linen, towels, dish towels, bath mat). Bakery, restaurants, shops, bike rental, beach, promenade, Alter Strom etc. - everything is around the corner. The house is located in a pedestrian zone. In Parkstr. 31, you can rent a car parking space from us, from €6/night (if available). In Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent lockable car parking spaces from us, from €6/night. Animal lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome.
An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog. We are happy to answer all your questions and are available by phone at any time.

Der Blick vom Balkon auf Meer, Leuchtturm und Teepott, und vom Schlafzimmer auf den alten Strom.
1. Das Treppenhaus ist renovierungsbedüftig und sollte regelmäßig gereinigt werden.
2. Der Geruch aus der Küche der Gaststätte (Friteuse) zieht durchs Treppenhaus bis in die Wohnung im 2. OG.
3. Das Bad/ Dusche ist renovierungsbedürftig, die Lüftung funktioniert nicht.
4. Die Balkonmöbel sind verschlissen.
