Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a comfortably furnished holiday flat in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach. The approx. 65 square metre apartment "Sansibar" has a spacious living room with double sofa bed, flat screen, bedroom with double bed (2nd TV), kitchen with microwave, cooker, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and washing machine/dryer, very nice bathroom with walk-in shower and hairdryer. The flat is located on the garden side of the villa in the basement.

It is designed for 2 persons.

You will feel at home! The flat is reserved for non-smokers.

A private car parking space is available free of charge at the house. The initial equipment of the flat includes a linen package per person (included in the final invoice price: bed linen, towels, crockery, shower mat). Animal lovers and their dogs are welcome.

When booking with a dog, an additional final cleaning fee will be charged. We are happy to answer all your questions and are always available by phone.
