Dear Guests, welcome! We offer you a charming holiday home in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach and within sight of the lighthouse.
Our small, quaint captain's house is approx. 50 sqm, designed for 2-3 people, and features a living room with a sofa bed and a top-equipped kitchen on the ground floor.
The sleeping gallery with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a shower room with a hairdryer, are located on the upper floor.
Please note the relatively steep stairs to the sleeping gallery. You can enjoy the sun and a good glass of wine on your quiet garden terrace with a beach chair. Amenities: Cable TV, Radio/CD/DVD, free Wi-Fi, kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator (freezer compartment), dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave.
We kindly ask you not to smoke in the house. Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bicycle rental, beach, promenade, Alter Strom, etc. - everything is just around the corner. The initial supply for the apartment includes a linen package per person (included in the final invoice price: bed linen, towels, tea towels, bath mat). Pet lovers and your dog are welcome.
An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog. The house is located in a pedestrian zone. You can rent lockable parking spaces from us at Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, starting from €6/night. We are happy to answer all your questions and are available by phone at any time.

Wir fanden es super am schönsten war es im Hof es war ruhig man hat den Trubel vorm Tor nicht gehört das da so viele Menschen lang gelaufen sind.Es ist auf jedenfall zu empfehlen.Wir waren zu zweit selbst zu viert mit ausgezogenem Sofa kann man dort Nächtigen wenn man nicht grad auf Halli Galli aus ...
