LIVING AREA: kitchenette with 5 gas burners, complete with dishwasher, traditional oven, various kitchen utensils (such as fridge, freezer and moka pot) and living area with sofa bed and 24" smart TV.

BEDROOM (1): double bed and wardrobe.

BEDROOM (2): single bed and wardrobe.

BATHROOM: with shower cubicle, bidet and hairdryer.


OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: mini split with heat pump, unlimited wifi, iron and clothes horse.

Utility room with washing machine.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Padova Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.


It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.


For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).
