IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers a 5-bedroom villa located in the southern Ardèche region, in the town of Lagorce, just a 5-minute drive from the center of Ruoms and less than 15 minutes by car from the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc.
We invite you to discover this house, which can accommodate up to eight people.
You can enjoy a private swimming pool (8x4 meters, 1.40m to 1.60m deep) secured by barriers, a terrace with unobstructed views, and a garden of approximately 1200 m².
The house comprises, on the ground floor, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, a shower room, and a toilet.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed.
TV, washing machine, charcoal barbecue, baby cot, and high chair included.
Be charmed by all the amenities of this house and its proximity to the tourist sites of the Southern Ardèche.
End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels are not included but are available as optional extras.

maison un peu vétuste, même si tout y est pour passer un séjour agréable.la literie par contre est réellement à revoir !la maison est bien placé, l'endroit calme, proche de tout a 2 min de voiture.la piscine est le gros point positif du logement !quand au point noir a notre arrivée, le ménage non fa...
