The AlleenHuus in Warin combines northern Germany, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania with the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park and Westphalia through its Frisian architecture and the rustic Westphalian oak in the interior. You can experience all this in your "temporary home".

The beautiful, new holiday home from 2021 is equipped for 6 to 8 people. It is modern and comfortably furnished on its 100 square metres and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the immediate vicinity of the Großer Wariner See. The lake and the free lido are just a few steps away. The non-smoking house is furnished with tiles and vinyl parquet flooring and has underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove.

The spacious living and dining area with lake view leaves nothing to be desired. A comfortable sofa, a large satellite TV (Netflix etc. fibre optic) and a collection of books and games, a radio including CD and Bluetooth as well as a DVD collection provide relaxation and entertainment.

The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a high-quality box spring bed with a padded headboard and a lying surface of 1.80 x 2 m and a flat screen TV as well as a safe. There is also a beautiful shower room on the ground floor with a spacious shower with shallow access. There is also a towel radiator and a hairdryer. The high-quality shower room is also equipped with a 140x140 cm infrared cabin for 2-4 people.

A washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board are also available in our holiday home. The modern kitchen offers a wide range of equipment including an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, Caffisimo, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, hand blender, waffle maker, Nicer Dicer, pots and pans and a wide range of cookware.

The first bedroom on the upper floor has 2 single beds and the option to pull out two additional children's beds (see photos) and a view of the lake. The second, upper bedroom is furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. There are flat screen televisions in both rooms. All bedrooms in the house are fitted with electric external blinds and fly screens. Selected duvet covers and blankets ensure cosy evenings and restful nights. A further shower room on the upper floor is particularly practical.

Free Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is available in our holiday home, which you can register for on site. A high chair and a travel cot are also available free of charge.

It is important for you that all main rooms are equipped with smoke detectors!

The terrace is equipped with an aluminium patio cover and impresses with high-quality furniture, including 2 sun loungers with cushions. The garden provides relaxing hours of sunshine and can be used for cosy summer nights thanks to the garden shed and a barbecue. The house also has two car parking spaces.

The holiday home has a boules court.


For excursions, 4 28-inch bicycles are available free of charge, but without liability and guarantee at your own risk!

Pets are not allowed.

A 2-person canoe/canoe with life jackets in various sizes is also available to you free of charge. However, the use is also at your own risk and without liability and guarantee!

Location

Warin is located in the east of the district of Northwest Mecklenburg in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, nestled between the Great Wariner Lake and the Glammsee. Both lakes are connected by the Mühlengraben in the town centre. The town is located around 22 kilometres south-east of Wismar and around 30 kilometres north-east of the state capital Schwerin. Warin is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, which stretches from Neukloster in the north via Sternberg to Pinnow in the south. The Groß Labenzer See lake is located near the districts of Klein and Groß Labenz.

The town of Warin has been a climatic health resort since December 2020, making it an excellent holiday destination for allergy sufferers and people with respiratory diseases.

Warin is an ideal starting point for exploring the nearby towns and the Baltic Sea. Wismar, Schwerin and the Baltic Sea with its beautiful island of Poel can be reached in about 15-25 minutes. The zoo in Rostock, Warnemünde or the Baltic seaside resort of Kühlungsborn are also only 50 minutes away. Lübeck can be reached in approx. 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours. There is a high ropes course in Neukloster, approx. 10 km away, and a large leisure pool in Wismar.

The charm of the surrounding area is particularly noticeable when walking along the narrowest avenue of lime trees in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, which runs along the eastern shore of the Großer Wariner See for approx. 1 km. The beautiful avenue is only about 20 metres from the house.

There is a boat hire and an archery range close to the holiday home, directly at the Hotel Wariner See. A children's playground and a fishing club are also just a few minutes' walk away. A large shopping centre (Lidl, Norma Edeka, drugstore, drinks centre, pharmacy, bakery, etc.), which can be reached in approx. 3 minutes by car, provides for private shopping.
