Friesenzauber - in Greetsiel - very close to the Twin Mills
This cozy non-smoking holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and has a large garden with a spacious furnished terrace.
You can reach the historic center of Greetsiel on foot in just five minutes. The spacious living/dining area with an integrated kitchen is equipped with a comfortable dining table, a cozy sofa with 2 armchairs, and a large flat-screen TV with USB connection, radio, and Wi-Fi.
The extensive kitchen equipment includes a stove with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, Senseo, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, blender, high-quality pot set, and much more.
The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.
A hairdryer is also available.
Additionally, there is a separate guest toilet with a sink.
The apartment is fully carpeted with vinyl and features underfloor heating in all rooms. Two bedrooms with electric external blinds are available: - a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), wardrobe, and TV, - a second bedroom with two single beds (each 1 m x 2 m) and a wardrobe. In the utility room, you will find an ironing board, an iron, and a clothes drying rack.
Insect screens are provided.
The apartment also includes a spacious garden shed with space for your bicycles and an electrical connection for e-bikes.
A parking space is available on the property. Wi-Fi (after registration) - we do not guarantee unrestricted availability and sufficient speed. Pets are not allowed! In the same building are the accommodations "Deichbude", "Fischgräte", and "Seeadler", should you require more space. The holiday apartment is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular holiday destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast.
Centrally yet quietly located, the historic harbor with its shrimp cutters, the famous Twin Mills, as well as charming cafes, restaurants, and small shops are easily accessible on foot.
The surrounding dike landscape invites you for walks, bike tours, and explorations of the vastness of East Frisia.
With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian Islands, the holiday apartment is a perfect starting point for maritime experiences and relaxed holiday days. You are welcome to book a linen package optionally.

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) hatten eine schöne Urlaubszeit in dieser Ferienwohnung. Der Zuschnitt ist ideal, die Einrichtung hübsch und praktisch.Für die Reinigung zwischen den Vermietungen ist in der Hauptsaison wohl etwas wenig Zeit, sodass einiges an Staub liegengeblieben war. Insgesamt machte die Wohnung aber einen sauberen, gepflegten Eindruck.

Von der Wohnung aus konnte man fußläufig den Ortskern von Greetsiel leicht erreichen. In einer der beiden Zwillingsmühlen an der Einmündung zur Anliegerstraße gibt es morgens frische Brötchen, was wir ebenfalls als sehr angenehm empfanden.

Schöne Unterkunft, sehr gut ausgestattet und modern. Lage sehr nah zum Ort, Brötchen holen gut zu Fuß möglich (ca. 1km). Sehr praktisch ist der abschließbare Fahrradschuppen, für 2-3 große Fahrräder.
