Detached single-family house with a terrace, sauna, and extra-large beach chair in close proximity to the Tannenhausen bathing lake.
It features a beautiful private beach exclusively for the tenants of the holiday homes in this settlement. The house is cozily and modernly furnished.
It is fully tiled and equipped with pleasant underfloor heating. The sauna on the ground floor offers you the opportunity to relax even on "bad weather days." After your sauna session, you can relax comfortably or cool off in the beach chair with a view of the beautiful bathing lake, or perhaps even take a dip? The house is equipped with a modern kitchen that has everything a vacationer's heart desires, e.g., a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine (each guest receives a pack of Nespresso capsules as a welcome gift), coffee machine, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and much more. Living/Dining room: Corner sofa with a table, dining table for up to 6 people, sideboard, flat-screen satellite TV. 2 bedrooms on the upper floor: One is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, and flat-screen satellite TV, and the other with two single beds and a dresser.
The children's room also contains various board games.
Both bedrooms can be darkened with electric external blinds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a walk-in shower, sauna, towel dryer, and hairdryer.
In the upper bathroom, you will also find a shower, a towel dryer, and a hairdryer. From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the bathing lake from the beach chair.
The terrace is, of course, furnished, and a grill is also provided. In the brick-built storage shed, you will find 2 bicycles available (no guarantee, use at your own risk). An electrical connection for any e-bikes you may bring is also available here. 2 parking spaces are located directly in front of the door. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Badesee war ideal, da man nicht so viel Kram mitnehmen muss. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hat bei Anliegen schnell geantwortet.
Leider kein WLAN, aber das Problem ist bekannt. Ein paar kleine Infos wären noch schön gewesen. Zum Beispiel, dass man für den Strand einen Schlüssel benötigt oder eine Erinnerung an die Mülleimer, die man rausstellen musste.
wir haben aber alles gefunden und entdeckt und dadurch lief alles perfekt. :-)

Das Haus war besser als erwartet, sehr sauber, toll aufgeteilt und super ausgestattet. Die Sauna ist für zwei Personen ausreichend und wurde auch ausreichend genutzt.
