The tastefully furnished, very bright holiday flat faces south-west. It is on the ground floor and offers space for 4 people. The flat is ideal for young families with up to two children, a high chair is available. It is also easily accessible with a walking frame. The shower has a shallow entrance, so that seniors will also feel very comfortable.
The holiday flat is located close to the centre in a quiet location in a grown and beautiful village structure. The health oasis with indoor pool, sauna, steam bath and various treatment options is less than 300 metres away. Behind it you will find a miniature golf course and a large children's playground. A shopping centre with Edeka supermarket, bakery and pharmacy is just a few steps away. The picturesque harbour and the centre of Greetsiel are barely five minutes away, all
The flat is surrounded by a spacious garden to the south and west. It is completely fenced in, so even the little ones can play in the garden without getting lost. The furnished, sunny terrace invites you to eat and relax outdoors.

The floor is tiled and warms everywhere via pleasant underfloor heating. The cosy living/dining area of the holiday flat has a chic fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, oven, microwave, fridge with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hand mixer and plenty of crockery. A TV with DVD player and CD radio is available in the living area, reading material and board games are also provided.

The flat has two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other bedroom with two single beds and a second TV. Both rooms can be darkened with external roller shutters.
The beautiful bathroom is equipped with a shower/WC, a washing machine, an electric towel dryer and a hairdryer. A guest WC is available as a second, separate toilet.
A storage shed with power connection, e.g. for charging electric bicycles, and a car parking space are available to guests free of charge.
