The high-quality reed-roof holiday home with its own jetty, infrared cabin, fireplace and rowing boat is situated in a fantastic location with an unobstructed view of the Krummhörner Meeden.

The tastefully furnished "Friesenhaus" is ideal for a family of max. 6 people and has 3 bedrooms and 2 shower-bathrooms.

FIRST FLOOR: Living and dining area with wood-burning stove, cable TV and hi-fi system. KITCHEN with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and coffee pod machine. The modern, high-quality bathroom with infrared cabin (2 persons), shower and WC. From the living room, exit through the large arched window onto the terrace with a marvellous view over the fields and the Eilsumer Sieltief. There is a second terrace and a large garden shed where you can also park your bicycles. A bedroom with a double bed is located next to the bathroom on the ground floor. Blackout facilities are available in the bedrooms.

UPPER FLOOR: Master bedroom with double bed (1.60 m * 2 m). Second bedroom with 2 single beds (0.90 m * 2 m). There is a TV in the living area and in each bedroom. Another bathroom with shower and WC. Storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house is non-smoking and disabled-friendly. Tiles on the ground floor (floor heating) and vinyl laminate on the upper floor.

From mid-June 2024, a dog is also welcome in this house!

From the outside, the house impresses with its thatched roof (artificial thatch) and its direct waterfront location. Since 2022, the house now also has a patio cover!

The house is largely equipped with fly screens and 3 parking spaces.

With the available Pionier rowing boat (with 2 children's life jackets) you can explore the surrounding area and even go as far as Greetsiel. (Availability of the boat only from April to October and without guarantee).

A beautiful children's playground and riding facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

On the highest point of the Warf in Eilsum, very close to your holiday home, stands the church of Eilsum, which can be seen from afar. It is the only choir tower church in East Frisia. Lothar de Riese wrote: "It is worthwhile for every art connoisseur to get to know the mighty church, which may seem far too large for a farming village, and its 36 metre-high bell tower."

In the interior of the church is the 500-year-old copper baptismal font and precious 13th century secco paintings, which were only discovered in the 1970s.

It is around 3 km from Eilsum to the beautiful fishing village of Greetsiel. Beautifully developed and signposted cycle paths invite you to enjoy varied cycle tours through the whole of Krummhörn and the surrounding area.
