Elegant Frisian house for 6 people, approx. 80 sqm, with a rowing and fishing boat (Anka type for 4 adults), offering a beautiful view of Lake Sternberg.
The house is designed for 6 people, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The living area includes a corner sofa and two armchairs, comfortably seating 6 people, along with a Smart TV (with a free Netflix account) and a combined DVD player and micro stereo system. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner electric stove with multiple functions (convection, etc.), a microwave, and a refrigerator with a large separate freezer compartment.
There are 2 sun loungers, a table with 6 chairs, a grill, and a parasol available. Each of the three bedrooms offers sleeping space for two.
The two upstairs bedrooms facing the terrace each have a double bed.
The ground-floor bedroom has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) which can easily be pushed together (as they have no external frame) to form a larger sleeping area.
Each bedroom has a spacious wardrobe. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet.
An adjustable shower stool is also available.
The downstairs bathroom includes a washing machine.
The house is suitable for wheelchair users: there are no steps at the main entrance.
The bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor have appropriately wide doors.
The terrace also has wheelchair-accessible access.
The rowing boat is available from April to October (no guarantee and at your own risk). The house is allergy-friendly in its furnishings (e.g., boil-washable duvets and pillows, and pets are not allowed).

A small bathing area with a beach is located about 25 m away in the park.
A public outdoor pool by the lake with slides is about 700 m away.
