New ground floor flat with dog directly on the Greetsieler Sieltief!

This beautiful holiday flat is in a prime location in the canal park with its own water access and offers space for up to 4 people and, on request, a dog.

The light-flooded and spacious living and dining area invites you to your dream holiday. You can spend cosy evenings with your loved ones on the large corner sofa with sleeping function, and there is also a wood-burning stove for cosy warmth and, of course, a large flat-screen TV. There is enough space for 4 people at the large dining table. The open-plan kitchen has all the appliances and facilities you need: Starting with the fridge with freezer compartment, oven, ceramic hob, a coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, soda stream and a blender.

Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds, wardrobe and a flat screen TV each. One of the bedrooms offers a fantastic view of the Sieltief!

The bright shower room offers a walk-in shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a hairdryer.

On the furnished terrace you can relax and watch the quiet hustle and bustle on the water.

In the storage room you will find a washing machine, a clothes horse, an iron and an ironing board.

The entire ground floor flat is tiled and has pleasant underfloor heating. All windows are also fitted with pleated blinds, blackout blinds and fly screens.

The flat has four garden chairs, a garden table, two sun loungers, parasol, beach chair and two terraces. There is also a charcoal barbecue. As of February 2024, the garden is now also fenced and since March 2024 the large terrace has been covered with a canopy.

A car parking space belongs to the flat, in front of the house there is a lockable garden shed with electricity for your bicycles.

The flat also has its own jetty where you are welcome to launch a boat you have brought with you.

From now on, we can offer you charging facilities for electric cars in the Greetsiel Canal Park (for a consumption-based fee), but we cannot guarantee permanent and unlimited availability.

The exclusive location directly on the canals offers a unique view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it is only a few minutes' walk to the historic town centre with its famous twin mills, small boutiques, cafés and restaurants on the harbour. The surrounding area is ideal for walks and bike rides along the dykes, and the North Sea coast is within easy reach. An ideal location for a relaxing holiday by the water.
