New Ground Floor Apartment with Dog Right on the Greetsiel Siel Canal!
This beautiful holiday apartment boasts a prime location in the Grachten-Park with its own water access and can accommodate up to 4 people, with a dog also welcome upon request.
The bright and spacious living and dining area invites you to your dream holiday.
On the large corner sofa with a pull-out bed, you can spend cozy evenings with your loved ones.
A wood-burning stove for pleasant warmth and, of course, a large flat-screen TV are also provided.
The large dining table offers ample space for 4 people.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and amenities you need: from a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, oven, ceramic hob, to a coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, SodaStream, and a blender. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds, wardrobes, and a flat-screen TV each.
One of the bedrooms offers a dreamlike view of the Siel canal! The bright shower room features a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet, and a hairdryer. On the furnished terrace, you can relax and watch the quiet activity on the water. In the utility room, you will find a washing machine, a drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board. The entire ground floor apartment has tiled floors and underfloor heating for your comfort.
All windows are equipped with pleated blinds, blackout options, and mosquito nets. The apartment includes four garden chairs, a garden table, two sun loungers, a parasol, a beach chair, and two terraces.
A charcoal grill is also available.
As of February 2024, the garden is now fenced, and since March 2024, the large terrace has been covered. Free Wi-Fi (on-site registration required). (We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or sufficient speed.) An allocated parking space belongs to the apartment.
In front of the house, you have a lockable garden shed with a power supply for your bicycles.
If needed, additional, non-allocated parking spaces are available at Grachtenpark I. The apartment also has its own jetty, where you are welcome to launch a boat you bring with you. From now on, we can offer charging facilities for electric cars in the Greetsieler Grachtenpark (for a consumption-based fee), however, we cannot guarantee continuous and unrestricted availability. In the same building are the accommodations "An't Grachten," "Grachtendrööm," and "GrachtenGlück." Further accommodations in Grachtenpark I include "binnen un‘ buten," "Grachtenhüsje," "Grachtenrefugium," "Haifisch," "Hampton Huus," "Sielzeit," "Zinnenhuus 1," and "Zinnenhuus 2." The holiday apartment is located in the picturesque Greetsieler Grachtenpark, nestled within the idyllic water landscape of the popular fishing village of Greetsiel.
The exclusive location directly on the canals offers a unique view of the water and provides a quiet, maritime atmosphere.
From here, it's just a few minutes' walk to the historic town center with its famous twin mills, small boutiques, cafes, and restaurants by the harbor.
The surrounding area invites you to take walks and bike tours along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is quickly accessible.
