Welcome to our cozy "Wolken" (Clouds) apartment! Spanning 39 sqm, it offers space for up to three people: two in the separate bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed and one on a sofa bed (90x200 cm) in the living room.
The apartment belongs to the "Wolkentraum" (Cloud Dream) holiday house, newly built in 2023 and equipped with a sustainable photovoltaic system and an e-charging station for electric cars. Far from the hustle and bustle, the apartment invites you to relax, read, and enjoy with its large balcony and organic fireplace.
The panoramic view of the Achterwasser promises peace and relaxation.
The Baltic Sea can be reached with a short walk of just 20 minutes.
Zinnowitz is a hidden gem for a Baltic Sea vacation in a quieter environment.
Impressive coastal sections and extensive forests offer ideal conditions for leisurely walks. You can end the evening cozily at the barbecue.

Der Balkon ist sehr gemütlich und hat einen schönen Ausblick.
Bei Abendsonne im Herbst kann mann dort noch etwas verweilen. Bad war sehr sauber und modern.
Natürlich ist das Geschmacksache, aber die Wohnung wirkt durch die Neonlampen und Glastisch und Ledercouch sehr steril und kühl. Die Esstühle sind zerkratzt und man wollte sich nicht wirklich darauf setzen.Im Schlafzimmer könnte man noch eine kleine Lampe versehen, da das Deckenlicht viel zu grell ...
