Spacious apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an equipped terrace where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation.
The area is very central: just 250 m from the Duomo, 450 m from the Villa Comunale and a few steps from Lungomare Trieste, the beating heart of the city's nightlife thanks to the numerous clubs, bars and pizzerias.
A 5-minute walk away is also the Santa Teresa beach, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the entire gulf! The 113mq apartment is located on the second floor of a building without a lift: please note that you need to climb the stairs to access it. The internal space is composed as follows: - Eat-in kitchen with dining table and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker, traditional oven and microwave (one step to access it and a second internal step) - Living room with double sofa bed, desk and dining table - Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, desk and sofa (pay attention to the staircase that leads to the mezzanine inside the room, empty) - Bedroom II with double bed, desk and wardrobe - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower (one step to access it) - Second toilet with toilet, bidet and bathtub - 40 m2 terrace furnished with table and chairs. Further services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, two fans, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional paid changes). ATTENTION: in the kitchen there is a closed gate that goes to the storage room on the lower floor.
Please do not open it and be careful when traveling with small children. 7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Salerno, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 5 nights.
Children under 12 are exempt. We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy. You can find all the information on the official website of lodged web.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 04/16/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 10.6.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C.
The ignition period and the daily ignition duration depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation. Salerno Climatic C: 9 hours per day from November 22nd to March 23rd. For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows: EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00 EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00, EUR 30 between 10pm and 12am. It is not possible to check in after 00:00, even for a fee. All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host. Early check-in (before 2 pm) will only be possible if there are no other guests checking out on the same day, and therefore can only be confirmed a few days before arrival. The apartment is located in the center of Salerno, a short distance from the Verdi Theater and the Villa Comunale, the main "Garden" of the city, home to various events during the year such as the traditional "Mostra di Minerva" in April and the renowned event "Luci d'Artista" during the Christmas period.
In the historic center of Salerno you will be captivated by the charm of the characteristic alleys that offer evidence of a past rich in history! The area is full of churches and monuments, as well as an infinite choice of clubs of all types, restaurants, bars and pizzerias.
In less than 5 minutes on foot you can reach the splendid promenade and the beach of Santa Teresa, from where it is possible to admire an enchanting panorama and stroll while tasting an ice cream, or do some running or take a rental bike.
In 3 minutes on foot it is possible to reach Piazza Alfano I, where you can visit the Cathedral of Salerno, the main place of Catholic worship in the city. Proceeding through one of the main shopping streets in Salerno, Via de' Mercanti, a suggestive and ancient road that crosses the whole old city, you can reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a 17th century noble residence that belonged to one of the most important families of Salerno. Finally, among the main points of interest to visit during your stay, the Arechi Castle is absolutely not to be missed.
The view that will open before you, once you reach the top of the castle, is sublime: a unique view overlooking the Gulf of Salerno, ranging from the tip of the Amalfi Coast to Agropoli, and which will leave you breathless! Main attractions: - Salerno Cathedral: 2 minutes on foot; - Santa Teresa beach: 4 minutes on foot; - Villa Comunale: 6 minutes on foot; - Monumental complex of Santa Sofia: 6 minutes on foot; - Castello Arechi: 15 minutes by car. -From Naples airport: with the Alibus line you can easily reach Naples Central station, where you can take the train (high-speed or intercity/regional) to Salerno station and from here on foot in 16 minutes (1.3 km). -From Salerno station: on foot in 16 minutes (1.3 km). - By car: street parking is paid on blue lines or free on white lines (NOT guaranteed).

Un apartamento muy bien ubicado. Limpieza, amplitud de las habitaciones... Muy buen equipado. Todo perfecto. Lo que está en malas condiciones es el acceso y el tramo de escaleras. Pero, una vez que abres la puerta te encuentras con un apartamento moderno, amplio y bien equipado. Para recomendar. Volvería de nuevo, sin duda.

Un po’ mancanza di pentole in cucina, strofinacci o scottex o tovaglioli di carta, un tappetino in bagno, insomma un po’ più di piccole attenzioni ci starebbero, per il resto tutto ok
