Venetian house is located in the old town of Chania on the hill of Kastelli, with panoramic views over the sea and the mountains. Only 5 minutes walk to the Venetian harbour, the sandy beach "koum kapi" and the centre of the city of Chania, the privileged location of the house makes it a starting point to explore the city.
The holiday home has a living area of 72 sqm plus a roof terrace of 25 sqm with awning. The house is spread over 2 floors. Ground floor: kitchen, bathroom/WC.
1st floor: living room with 2 sofa beds, satellite TV, table, chairs, bookshelves and roof fan, balcony. 2nd floor: bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers, wall cupboard and roof fan. Roof terrace with marvellous view over the city, the mountains and the sea, seating, deckchairs, table.
Roof terrace: Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Venetian harbour and the White Mountains.
The holiday home is also rented per month all year round, we offer a discount per month
The old town of Chania is surrounded by the Venetian harbour. The cityscape is visibly characterised by the buildings from the Venetian and Turkish periods, which can be seen in the narrow streets and the baths, and the old Venetian town of Chania with its charming shops, restaurants with delicious Cretan cuisine, the numerous historical landmarks and museums is a rare gem waiting to be explored. A walk in the old town is such a pleasure that you should not miss it!
