It features a bright living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a balcony 🌿, a master bedroom with a single armchair bed and a spacious terrace ☀️, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a modern bathroom with shower 🚿. A private parking box 🚗 is available just 230 meters away (3 minutes on foot). Additionally, the building offers communal parking spaces (not exclusive).
