Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability. • ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40 • ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50 🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORT • Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked. • Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag. • Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. ⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, no food items are present in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee). 👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN? • We offer a crib and high chair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years. • The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including bed linen. 🐾 PETS WELCOME! • We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, subject to request and confirmation. • Additional cost: €30 per stay. • Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged. 🧾 TOURIST TAX • €1.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days. • Children under 10 are exempt. • The tax is not included in the booking price. ♻️ WASTE SEPARATION • We ask you to respect the waste separation rules. • At check-out, the apartment must be free of garbage. • Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied. ❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
