This contemporary and independent holiday home is laid out on one level.
It offers you: a large living room with kitchen, living room and lounge, a bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200 (divisible into 2 x 80) with adjoining shower room, a bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200) with adjoining shower room/wc, a laundry room and a separate toilet with washbasin.
Outside: an equipped terrace, a synthetic garden and a gravelled courtyard with parking space.
Next to the cottage is rental 56G5821 (4 people) and the owners. Between Vannes and Nantes, between the Rhuys peninsula and the Guérandaise peninsula, come and recharge your batteries in Férel for your next vacation.
La Vilaine will allow you to practice water sports (sailing, canoeing) and boat trips.
For your beach days, Pénestin with its 25 kilometers of coastline and its dozens of beaches - including that of La Mine d'Or - is the ideal place! Less than 30 minutes away, the Brière, the salt marshes and the Gulf of Morbihan will be within your reach.

La Coulee Douce is, by far, the best gite we have stayed in in France. The comfort, the cleanliness, the equipment superb.
