Die Lage, die Aussicht und die Größe der Wohnung. Die Doppelbetten in den beiden Schlafzimmern sind bequem und man genießt auch aus dem Bett den phantastischen Blick über den Lago.
Teile der Möbel könnten modernisiert werden.
Das Wannenbad ist sehr eng durch Waschtrockner und Kommode übermöbliert.
