Roomy and cozy 116 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to people, located in a building without a lift at the first floor (you still have to climb some stairs to access it). The accommodation is located in the heart of Udine, a short distance from the main points of interest (a 10 minute walk from Castello di Udine, a 8 minute walk from via Mercatovecchio and Piazza della Libertà and a 2 minute walk from Teatro S. Giorgio).

The building consists of three bedrooms, kitchen, living room and two bathrooms.


The accommodation is composed as follows

-BEDROOM I with wardrobe, desk with chair, bathroom with tub;

-BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe and desk with chair;

-BEDROOM III with single bed, TV, wardrobe and desk with chair;

- KITCHEN with gas hob, dining table, fridge with small freezer, moka coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, various kitchen utensils;

- LIVING ROOM with small sofa, TV, bookcase and fan;

-BATHROOM I with shower cubicle, bidet and toilet.

We accept, on request, small and medium-sized animals. To ensure our standards of cleanliness, we ask for an extra supplement of 30 euros per stay.

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

- From Venice Airport, the most convenient way of reaching the apartment is by taxi / car (117km - 1 hour and 15).


- From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Airport station (just over 10 minutes on foot from the airport) to Udine station, from which it is possible to continue on foot or by bus to the apartment.


- From Udine Station, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to several buses (2/4/5/10) with stop "UDINE piazza Garibaldi", a 3-minute walk from the property.


- If you are traveling by car, in order to get to Udine, you can take A23 Palmanova-Tarvisio motorway from Venice or Trieste; from here the roads to get to Udine are SS13, SS54 and SS56.

Please note
The area is limited, by municipal ordinance, to EURO 0, EURO 1, EURO 2 and EURO 3 diesel vehicles from 04.00 pm to 08.00 pm every day, while there are no restrictions for machines from EURO 4 and up.
