Detached house of 60 m² located in a residence in Kercambre in St Gildas de Rhuys, near the sea.
On the ground floor :
- A stay overlooking the garden
- A kitchenette with dishwasher
- A bathroom with walk-in shower
- Independent toilets
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160 , dresser and wardrobe.
On the first floor
- Mezzanine Room 2 : Panelled with a 140 double bed, a 90 single bed and a wardrobe
NB: beds equipped with duvets.
Outside
- An enclosed garden with a terrace equipped with an electric awning, a garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue
- Parking in front of the house
A garage attached to the house is at your disposal to store bicycles.
