Painted a quaint pale blue and equipped with permit parking nearby, 30 Sherborne Lane is perfect for a couple or small family.
Enter into this homely, 200-year-old cottage through a blue wooden door, in keeping with the seaside theme of the property, where you will find a cosy sitting area with woodburning stove, perfect for relaxing on cooler evenings and enjoying one of the books provided.
Through an archway you will find a delightful kitchen/diner as well as a large space to enjoy family dining together.
A welcome pack is provided on arrival packed with essentials and locally sourced treats.
As the evening wears on, two bedrooms offer a place to snuggle down for the night, including a double with a relaxing blue theme and a view to the town as well as a handy basin and a single room with pale blue walls, perfect for a child.
If you need to soak the sand from your hair, then a home-from-home bathroom offers all of the facilities necessary to freshen up before setting out for the day.
At the rear of the property is a delightful sitting area, raised above the town below to allow for great views of the area, with matching blue furniture, a great place for a morning coffee.

30 Sherborne consists of a kitchen/diner with dining seating, an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave and a fridge with an ice box, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a TV. There are two bedrooms consisting of a double with a basin and a single. Servicing these is a family bathroom. Outside, there is one parking permit supplied for Woodmead car park on Hill Road (no allocated space) and a rear garden with patio, furniture and shrubs. Sorry, no pets and smoking at this property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy a memorable stay at 30 Sherborne. Note: The staircase in the property is narrow and twisting and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Some low ceilings. Note: Stairgates will not fit the staircase but there is a door at the bottom of the stairs. Note: This is a small 200 year old cottage on a steep narrow lane with no vehicular access. The staircase is steep and winding. Note: There isn't a washing machine available.
We have been contacted by the local council concerning essential works taking place within the car park from the 3rd Feb for approximately 3-4 weeks weather dependent. There will be a dedicated area for cars that have a parking permit to display, however please note that EV charging will not be available during this time but Charmouth Road Car Park and Holmbush Car Park chargers will be fully operational.
