La localisation dans le centre ville et l'ascenseur
Couloir menant à l'appartement très froid : ce qui fait que l'appartement avait du mal à chauffer. Obligé de mettre le chauffage fort pour garder une température confortable.
Passer 1 semaine super au milieu du centre de granville .plus besoin de voiture
