Cocoonr offers this charming 55 m² duplex flat with sea view for rent in Bénodet, less than 100 m from the beach and with a shared swimming pool.
It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 2ᵉ floor (without lift), it consists of a pretty living room of 20 m², a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath).
Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: First floor: - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with two single beds - Shower room with shower, WC and washing machine First floor: - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bath and WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10am to 8pm from April to the end of September (heated only from the end of May to mid-September). - A 4 m² south-facing balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days and the sea view.
The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant setting in a charming residence close to the beach (50 m).
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Nearby: - Thalasso de Bénodet 650 m away (8-minute walk). - Barrière Casino 700 m away (9 minutes on foot). - Harbour master's office 1.4 km away (17 minutes on foot). - La Forêt Fouesnant 12 km away (18 minutes by car). - Île Tudy 12.5 km away (17 minutes by car). - Pont l'Abbé is 12.8 km away (16 minutes by car). - Quimper 17 km away (24 minutes by car).

Sehr gute Lage insbesondere zum Meer und Strand. Ruhig. Sehr nette und zuverlässige Concierge, hat sofort auf mails reagiert. Anlage gepflegt. Bei voller Belegung der Apartments wird es eng am Pool. Apartment ist recht gut ausgestattet, schöner Balkon. Allerdings relativ klein, bei voller Belegung mit 4 Erwachsenen und 1 bis 2 Kindern bleibt nicht viel Platz.
