Renovated country house, enjoying an exceptional location (close to all shops) with a private parking space (not fenced - 30 meters away). Individual, enclosed garden.
1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 140 bed, 1 bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).
Equipment: 1 fridge-freezer, 1 ceramic hob, 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 sofa, 1 TV, 1 fireplace (decorative only), 1 washing machine, and 1 garden furniture.
The end-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
End-of-stay cleaning on reservation: flat rate of €70. Linen is not provided.
Location: approximately 150 m from the main beach, shops and market.
Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause.

Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard.

Séjour agréable mais il est dommage d’écrire « jardin « dans l’annonce alors qu’il s’agit de 2 petites cours pavées.

Un peu plus de vaisselle -casserole serait bienvenue. Dommage qu’il ne soit pas possible de garer la voiture le long de la maison.
Localisation parfaite en centre ville, calme, propre. Un emplacement de parking privé pratique. Pas indispensable hors saison mais un gros avantage l’été où il y a énorm...

Tv en panne un peu plus de 24h ,avec difficultés avec la communication entre l'agence et le réparateur...douche pas propre avec moisissures, traces de salissures tour de porte salon. Manque 1 grille pain .
La proximité du centre et plage donc pas besoin de la voiture étant handicapé c'est très bien, maison agréable et pratique et la machine à laver est un plus!
