With an unbeatable location, a private heated pool, and stunning sea views, this villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The property offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in some rooms and the living room. Spread across 4 floors with a rooftop terrace, it offers panoramic views of the sea and the city.

On the second level, there is a twin bedroom with a sea view and 2 bathrooms.

On the first level, there are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, while the last bedroom, with a bathroom, is located on the ground floor. On the lower floor, the spacious living/dining room opens onto a terrace overlooking the pool.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, hob, and oven.

Outside, you can enjoy al fresco dining with the built-in barbecue. On the pool terrace, there are sun loungers for relaxing in the sun and enjoying the private pool (optional extra heating available). With its central location, the villa is a 2-minute walk from the supermarket, 6 minutes from the beach (Peneco Elevator), and 10 minutes from the historic center of Albufeira. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.

For your convenience, food baskets can be pre-booked (at an additional cost). Pool heating is always an added value to your holiday, especially when traveling with children.

With the pool heating turned on, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.

However, if you are interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.

We can also arrange transfers if you require them. Groups deposit: €200 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 10 guests. An additional charge will apply for the 11th to 12th guest, which includes an extra bed. According to current legislation, tourist taxes may be applicable.
